I will design a user-friendly website or service. I will conduct research on your audience, develop a structure, write texts, prepare an interactive prototype. I will draw a design with all the necessary adaptive versions and prepare instructions for the developer and front-end developer.

A Transport Rental App

Public transportation in Bali is poorly developed, so renting is often the only option. However, the rental process is still complex and outdated — offline, through acquaintances, hotels, or chats. There are no truly convenient and simple online services on the island that offer transport rentals, even though other similar services (taxis, entertainment, etc.) are very popular.
We formulated hypotheses and started our research.

The task was to develop an internal personal account for the company's clients to submit service requests, as well as to develop a service system interface for internal employees (support managers, service engineers of different levels).

The task was to redesign the old interface because it was significantly outdated and did not solve a number of tasks, being difficult to perceive. A mobile app for booking transfers to Goa. This is a startup based on an existing business. The partner has their own working car booking model, but it's not automated; everything is done manually through operators and chats. The idea arose to automate the process by enabling quick online bookings through the app.
